By accessing the apk 33 platform or creating an account, you are automatically deemed to have accepted all of the following terms. These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account on apk 33. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be terminated at any time.
Each user may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
We may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal privileges may be restricted until verification is complete.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits set by the platform.
Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process. This timeframe may be extended in urgent situations or during the verification process.
Deposited funds will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering. The relevant authorities may be notified in such cases.
Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds associated with a bonus or promotional offer. Attempting to withdraw without meeting these requirements may result in the bonus being voided.

Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to exploit the system on the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed.
Unauthorized access to another user's account, hacking, or phishing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all winnings will be forfeited.
Attempting to claim bonus benefits or exploit the system using multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of all accounts.
apk 33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for any reason, particularly in cases of terms violations, without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

apk 33 is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues on the platform. Bets affected by such circumstances may be voided or reconsidered.
In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, our server logs will be considered the final evidence. Screenshots or personal records provided by users are not accepted as valid proof.
Any complaints or disputes must first be submitted to our customer service team. We will endeavor to provide an initial response within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
apk 33's liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform is limited and shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user under any circumstances.
